Returns and Exchange
Unfortunately, we cannot refund nor can we accept exchanges based on a change-of-mind or satisfaction matter (think of it as when buying underwear or other intimate clothing).
As we thoroughly curate all our merchandise, quality is always on our minds. Therefore, unless stated otherwise by specific products, we warrant our motorized products with 1 to 2 years of guarantee upon receipt - those with 2 year warranty have indications on the product page while those without have 1 year warranty. Please contact us should there be any concerns at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that the warranty does not cover failure due to wear and tear, and misuse. For the warranty to be processed, we would need the official (physical or electronic) receipt and the order number.
For toys with suspected factory defects, replacement is pending our assessment and verification. Should it be a factory defect and still under warranty, then we will gladly replace it, free of charge.
