Returns and Exchange
In the event of a manufacturer’s defect, please do contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work our best to get you your replacement toy as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot refund nor can we accept exchanges based on a change-of-mind or satisfaction matter (think of it as when buying underwear or other intimate clothing).
As we thoroughly curate all our merchandise, quality is always on our minds. Therefore, unless stated otherwise by specific products, we warrant all our motorized products with 365 days of guarantee upon receipt. Please contact us should there be any concerns. Please note that the warranty does not cover failure due to wear and tear, and misuse. Replacement is pending our assessment and verification.
