Same-Day Delivery
Do you do same-day deliveries?
Yes we do! We will have your order shipped to you at the same day you ordered if you're within Metro Manila and nearby provinces such as Rizal, Cavite, and other parts of Laguna. Just follow the steps below:
Step 1: Order at www.shopilya.com
Step 2: Choose "Same-Day Shipping" option at the check out page.
Step 3: Wait for your package to arrive
Do you have cut offs for same-day deliveries?
We generally accept same day requests until 10pm. For beyond 10pm, kindly send the team a message via IG (shop.ilya) or Facebook (ilyacomeandplay) and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can you have it delivered at a specific time?
We try our best to deliver within your requested time but, no promises :)
Do you accept Cash-on-Delivery (C.O.D.) payments for same-day deliveries?
Unfortunately, Cash-on-Delivery payments are not applicable for same-day deliveries (for now!). We're working on this so it might be an option in the future!
Do you do same-day deliveries on Lazada or Shopee?
Due to courier constraints by third-party online selling platforms where ilya can also be found, we can only provide same-day deliveries on www.shopilya.com.
Is the same-day delivery option available for Visayas and Mindanao?
Not yet. We can only do same-day deliveries to Metro Manila, Greater Metro Manila, and any area serviceable by Lalamove.
