Please contact us should there be any concerns at sales@shopilya.com. Please note that the warranty does not cover failure due to wear and tear, and misuse. For the warranty to be processed, we would need the official (physical or electronic) receipt and the order number.
For toys with suspected factory defects, replacement is pending our assessment and verification. Should it be a factory defect and still under warranty, then we will gladly replace it, free of charge.

If you are in Metro Manila, your very special package will arrive in 1 working day (next day delivery!). For provincial shipping, it will take 1 to 6 working days. For provincial orders, we'll be sending a tracking code to your e-mail so you'll be able to monitor this!
