    Unfortunately, we cannot refund nor can we accept exchanges based on a change-of-mind or satisfaction matter (think of it as when buying underwear or other intimate clothing). 

    Warranty

    As we thoroughly curate all our merchandise, quality is always on our minds. Therefore, unless stated otherwise by specific products, we warrant our motorized products with 1 to 2 years of guarantee upon receipt - those with 2 year warranty have indications on the product page while those without have 1 year warranty. Please contact us should there be any concerns at sales@shopilya.com. Please note that the warranty does not cover failure due to wear and tear, and misuse. For the warranty to be processed, we would need the official (physical or electronic) receipt and the order number.

    For toys with suspected factory defects, replacement is pending our assessment and verification. Should it be a factory defect and still under warranty, then we will gladly replace it, free of charge.

    Please note that if an item is eligible for warranty, it shall be replaced with the same and cannot be for refund.

    For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods: 

    Credit Card - We accept VISA and Mastercard. On the "Payment method" portion of the checkout process, choose the PayPal option, then when a small pop-up appears, choose the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option. You do not need to be a PayPal member and there won’t be any additional charges.

    For instances when your credit card doesn't seem to be working (e.g. card that's addressed internationally (PayPal blocks for fraudulent matters) and not from the Philippines), feel free to Contact Us with the following details:

    - Name

    - Reason for contacting - in this case, Credit Card is not working

    - E-mail you want the invoice to be sent to

    - Delivery Address

    - Cellphone Number

    - Desired Order

    We'll then send you an invoice, complete with shipping fees! 

    PayPal - Choosing this option will lead you to a secure portal ofPayPal. Simply follow the instructions until completion.

    GCash - Easy peasy, just click on this to redirect you to a portal and you'll be able to pay using your GCash. 

    Bank Transfer / Over-the-Counter (O.T.C.) - Choose the "Bank Transfer / Over-the-Counter (O.T.C.)" option on the "Payment method" part of the checkout process. Once completed, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on further steps - simply follow the section on “Bank Transfer / Over-the-Counter (O.T.C.)”. For this option, please pay within 48 hours of making the order or we are, unfortunately, going to have to cancel your order.

    Online Banking / Online Transfer - Choose the "Online Banking / Online Transfer" option on the "Payment method" portion of the checkout process. Once completed, you will get an e-mail with instructions on further steps - simply follow the section on “Online Banking / Online Transfer”. Please make sure that the "Transfer to 3rd Party" function of your BPI or BDO accounts are activated. For this option, please pay within 48 hours of making the order or it will, unfortunately, have to be cancelled. 

    Cash-on-Delivery (C.O.D.) - Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on further steps. Just follow the section on “Cash-on-Delivery (C.O.D.)”.

    Shipping Rates:

    Rates will vary depending on the weight of the product. Generally speaking, it will be computed by kilos or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. But fret not as the checkout page will compute for you to make life stress and hassle-free.

    Where does ilya ship to and how long does it take for my order to arrive?

    If you are in Metro Manila, your very special package will arrive in 1 working day (next day delivery!). For provincial shipping, it will take 1 to 6 working days. For provincial orders, we'll be sending a tracking code to your e-mail so you'll be able to monitor this!

    Discreet Packaging:

    We make sure that your secret is safe with us. Your package will arrive in a plain brown corrugated box. On the delivery receipt, your toys will be labeled inconspicuously. Don’t worry, we have made sure that your purchase is safe and snug as a bug in a rug.
