Therefore, unless stated otherwise by specific products, we warrant our motorized products with 1 to 2 years of guarantee upon receipt - those with 2 year warranty have indications on the product page while those without have 1 year warranty. For the warranty to be processed, we would need the official (physical or electronic) receipt and the order number.
For toys with suspected factory defects, replacement is pending our assessment and verification. Should it be a factory defect and still under warranty, then we will gladly replace it, free of charge.
