What really prompted me to leave a glowing review is how Ilya team handled the concerns about my busted toy. Understandably, my unit is beyond its factory warranty and that's okay. I'm amazed at how professional they are at responding and I really felt they wanted to investigate the matter and not dismiss it since it's already out of warranty. Not once did I felt awkward during the exchange of emails nor was I felt rushed and unimportant.

Ladies, if you find a less expensive version in other shops, just make sure they're really worth it. I now understand that Ilya is more than just a brand fostering healthy sex lives - they make sure their customers are well taken cared of even beyond factory warranty. Thanks again, Ilya team! <3
